How To Become A Member

If you are interested in joining the Piscataqua Pioneers, you may do so if you are a descendent of an original settler of the Piscataqua River area, its tributaries and contiguous towns in New Hampshire and Maine.

You will need to provide evidence of your lineage from a settler who the Piscataqua Pioneers has approved as an original settler prior to July 4, 1776.

Preliminary Application form for review by our Registrar.  You may fill the form online and print and mail, or download and email to the Registrar. The Registrar is here to work with you to complete the process of your search and finalize your application, for submission to the Board. When you have completed the Preliminary Application, print it and mail to: Wendy Blood, Registrar, 394 Ocean Road, Portsmouth, NH 03801.

You will also need to pay the $30.00 Application Fee.  This can be done online or you can mail a check with your application made out to Piscataqua Pioneers.

Once received by the Registrar and your ancestor is verified as an original Piscataqua Pioneer, you will be sent a genealogic worksheet and instructions. Once your forms have been completed and approved by the Registrar you will be eligible for membership.

Dues are $20.00 for an Annual membership or $200.00 for a Lifetime membership.
New members will be voted in at the following Council or Annual Meeting.
